Indications 

Sleep Eze Eze Melts are used to relieve occasional sleeplessness and aid in overcoming difficulty initiating sleep. 

As an antihistamine, Sleep Eze Eze Melts function by suppressing the activity of histamine, a neurotransmitter that regulates the sleep-wake cycle, thereby inducing drowsiness. 

Uses and Dosage 

Thoroughly review the guidelines outlined in the package insert and packaging of Sleep Eze Eze Melts before initial use and each subsequent refill. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if any sections are unclear. 

Sleep Eze Eze Melts is an orally dissolving tablet that requires no water for ingestion.  

Typically, 1 or 2 tablets of this medication are taken at bedtime if necessary, or as directed by a doctor. If you experience morning drowsiness, decrease the dose to one tablet. 

Follow the instructions on the packaging precisely to optimize the effectiveness of this medication. Do not take more of it or take it more frequently than recommended without consulting a medical professional. 

Stop taking Sleep Eze Eze Melts and consult with a medical professional if sleeplessness persists for more than two weeks, as it may suggest an underlying medical condition. 

Cautions 

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Sleep Eze Eze Melts if you have any known hypersensitivities, particularly to diphenhydramine or to any of the inactive ingredients of this tablet. 

Refrain from taking Sleep Eze Eze Melts if you any of the following medical conditions, unless instructed by a doctor: 

• Glaucoma 
• Chronic lung disease 
• Difficulty in urination due to prostate gland enlargement 

Ask your doctor or pharmacist if Sleep Eze Eze Melts are safe to take if you also take other medications, particularly sedatives or tranquilizers. 

Avoid taking Sleep Eze Eze Melts with any other product containing diphenhydramine, including those used topically. 

Avoid consuming alcoholic beverages while using Sleep Eze Eze Melts. 

Sleep Eze Eze Melts is not recommended for the elderly, as it may cause excitation instead of sedation. 

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider before taking Sleep Eze Eze Melts to evaluate its safety for you and your child.
