Description
IndicationsÂ
Sandomigraine, also known as Pizotifen, is a medication used for the prophylactic management of migraines. It is a serotonin antagonist that helps reduce the frequency and severity of migraine attacks.Â
Sandomigraine works by blocking the action of serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in the development of migraines. By reducing the levels of serotonin, it helps prevent the blood vessels in the brain from becoming dilated and causing migraines.Â
