- Poor blood circulation in limbs, manifested as cold, pale hands or feet or leg muscle pain while walking
- Low blood pressure
- An untreated adrenal gland medulla tumor (pheochromocytoma)
- Asthma or a history of breathing difficulties with wheezing or coughing
- Severe skin problems
- Severe drop in blood pressure, along with dizziness, rapid heartbeat, shallow breathing, and cold, clammy skin (indicative of cardiogenic shock)
Lopressor SR may cause drowsiness. Refrain from driving or operating machinery until you understand the impact of this medication on your alertness.
