Uses and Dosage 

Factive (gemifloxacin mesylate) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic for treating various bacterial infections.

While taking this medication, maintain proper hydration by consuming ample fluids unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

Such substances include quinapril, sucralfate, vitamins/minerals (including iron and zinc), and products containing magnesium or aluminum (e.g., antacids, didanosine solution).
