The formulation combines two pharmacological agents. On the other hand, Fluticasone, classified as a corticosteroid, operates by mitigating inflammation and minimizing swelling within the nasal passages. 

Uses and Dosage 

For adults suffering from allergic rhinitis, the typical recommended dosage involves administering 1 spray in each nostril twice a day. 

In the case of pediatric patients aged 6 years and older, the usual dose for allergic rhinitis entails administering 1 spray in each nostril twice a day. 

Gently blow your nose. shake the container gently before usage. For individuals using the container for the first time or after a prolonged period of non-use (e.g., more than 1 week, follow the instructions provided for test sprays in the air. Please consult your product package for guidance on when to perform test sprays if the container has not been used for an extended duration. 

When applying this medication, adhere to the instructions provided by your physician, typically administering it twice a day in both nostrils. Avoid spraying the medication in your eyes or mouth. In the event that the medication comes into contact with your eyes, thoroughly rinse them with water. 

To derive the maximum benefit from this medication, use it regularly. Establishing a consistent schedule by administering it at the same times each day can help ensure adherence. 

Do not to increase the dosage or employ this medication more frequently or for a longer duration than prescribed by your healthcare professional. Doing so will not expedite the improvement of your condition and may heighten the risk of encountering adverse effects.

Cautions 

Prior to initiating the use of this medication, disclose your medical history to your doctor or pharmacist, particularly if you have recently experienced nose problems such as injury, ulcers, or undergone nasal surgery. inform them about any current or past infections, including tuberculosis and herpes eye infection. mention any existing eye conditions such as glaucoma or cataracts. 

This medication has the potential to induce drowsiness. Consuming alcohol or using marijuana (cannabis) can intensify this drowsiness. refrain from driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities that require alertness until you are confident in your ability to perform them safely. Avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages. If you are currently using marijuana (cannabis), have a discussion with your doctor regarding its usage.
