Which prescriptions can a Canadian pharmacy ship?

Our affiliated Canadian pharmacies can ship most kinds of prescription and non-prescription medication with a few exceptions:

  • We do not ship controlled substances or narcotics
  • Drugs which may have a so-called “second market” in the United States.
  • Prescription drugs which are not available in Canada because they have not yet been approved by Health Canada (Health Canada is the government agency which is equivalent to the FDA, Federal Drug Administration in the US)

There is a $9.00 US shipping fee per order. Additional charges may apply for overweight packages.

This shipping charge will be added to the final total of your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

We do not accept returns on prescription items in compliance with the B.C. College of Pharmacists Bylaw 5. subsection 1.

B.C. College of Pharmacists Bylaw Explained

Due to the BC College of Pharmacists Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1) once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason.

Bylaw 5, 33. subsection states:

Returned drugs

(1) No registrant may accept for return to stock or reuse any drug previously dispensed.

This ensures only the highest quality and safety International and Canadian prescription drugs are shipped directly out from the pharmacy to you.

Therefore, we are unable to return or refund medications once they have been shipped from the pharmacy. All sales are final.
