Indications 

Sleep Eze Extra Strength is used to alleviate occasional sleeplessness and facilitates the reduction of difficulty in initiating sleep. 

As an antihistamine, Sleep Eze Extra Strength works by inhibiting the activity of histamine, a neurotransmitter involved in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Through this inhibition, it promotes drowsiness. 

Uses and Dosage 

Carefully read and adhere to the instructions on the package insert and packaging of Sleep Eze Extra Strength before using it for the first time and with every subsequent refill. If any part is unclear, seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist. 

Typically, one caplet of Sleep Eze Extra Strength is taken before bedtime as needed. 

Take this medication exactly as directed on the packaging to maximize its effectiveness. Do not modify the dosage without medical guidance. 

If morning drowsiness occurs, consult with a doctor or pharmacist, as a lower dosage may be necessary.  

Discontinue Sleep Eze Extra Strength and consult a doctor if sleeplessness persists for over two weeks, as it could indicate a potential underlying medical condition. 

Cautions 

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Sleep Eze Extra Strength if you have any known allergies, particularly to diphenhydramine or any of this caplet’s inactive ingredients. 

Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using Sleep Eze Extra Strength if you have other medical conditions such as: 

• Breathing problems (e.g., emphysema or chronic bronchitis) 
• Glaucoma 
• Difficulty urinating 

Ask your doctor or pharmacist if Sleep Eze Extra Strength suits you if you also take other medications, particularly sedatives or tranquilizers. 

Avoid combining Sleep Eze Extra Strength with any other product containing diphenhydramine, including topical applications. 

Refrain from consuming alcohol while using Sleep Eze Extra Strength. 

Sleep Eze Extra Strength is contraindicated for older adults, as it may induce excitation rather than sedation. 

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider before taking Sleep Eze Extra Strength to assess its safety for you and your child.
