Rub A535 Dual Action Back Patch is classified as a topical analgesic containing capsaicin and menthol as its active ingredients.  

Capsaicin works by reducing the presence of substance P, a natural pain signal transmitter in the body, while menthol initially cools the skin for pain relief, transitioning to a warming sensation for deep, soothing relief. 

Uses and Dosage 

Review and follow the instructions provided on the packaging of Rub A535 Dual Action Back Patch. Seek guidance from your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns. 

Rub A535 Dual Action Back Patch is usually applied to the affected area of the back and replaced 1 to 2 times a day. 

To properly apply the patch: 

1. Clean and dry the affected skin area thoroughly 
2. Remove the protective plastic backing from the patch 
3. Carefully place the patch over the affected area 
4. Leave the patch on for up to 8 hours; avoid exceeding this duration 
5. After use, fold the patch with the sticky sides and dispose of it in the trash, away from children and pets 

After handling the patch, thoroughly wash your hands. Refrain from getting the medication in your eyes, mouth, nostrils, or genitals. If contact occurs, rinse with ample water. 

Refrain from applying Rub A535 Dual Action Back Patch to injured or irritated skin, including areas that are cut, scraped, sunburned, infected, or experiencing a rash. 

Avoid covering the treated area with a bandage and refrain from using external heat sources, such as electric heating pads, as this could cause severe skin irritation or burns.
