Indications 

Microlet Lancets Color are sterile, colored needles indicated for obtaining blood samples to test blood glucose (sugar) levels. 

These lancets are available in seven vibrant colors and facilitate color-coded testing based on users’ preferred time or day. The colors provide visual cues, reminding users to change lancets regularly and aiding in monitoring blood sugar tests. 

Furthermore, Microlet Lancets Color features a silicon coating that minimizes puncture force. This ensures a simple, smooth, and comfortable testing experience as the lancet glides effortlessly into the skin, reducing pain. 

Usages and Dosage

Microlet Lancets Color is intended for use with the MICROLET family of lancing devices.  

To properly use these colored lancets: 

1. Gently loosen the round protective cap on the lancet by rotating it ¼ turn without removing the cap. 
2. Insert the lancet securely into the lancing device, pushing until it stops completely. 
3. Carefully twist off the round protective cap and save it for disposing of the used lancet.  
   • Proceed to prepare and use the lancing device. 
4. After obtaining a blood sample, place the saved round protective cap on a flat surface.  
   • With the used lancet still in the lancing device, push the lancet into the center of the cap. 
5. Point the device toward a container for sharp objects (such as an empty plastic bottle with a lid). 
   • Push the lancet ejector forward until the lancet safely falls into the container. 

Cautions 

Do not use Microlet Lancets Color if the protective cap has been taken off before. 

Microlet Lancets Color are intended for single use and should not be reused. 

Keep Microlet Lancets Color out of reach of children and pets.
